Maggie Chang

Maggie is a good listener – whether you speak English, Cantonese or Mandarin. She likes to understand her clients’ businesses and what they want to achieve so she can provide solutions that will work best for them – and clients appreciate her reliability in delivering quality outputs to agreed timeframes.

Hong Kong-born, Maggie’s career includes 11 months working in Hong Kong and mainland China, leading the in-house accounting team of a manufacturing business.

Maggie joined Accru in 2006 and has developed broad expertise over the past 17 years. She currently specialises in corporate tax, transfer pricing, Country-by-Country reporting (CbC) and business advisory work.

Maggie has also developed expertise in SMSF, Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive and providing outsourcing services for the Australian subsidiaries of multinational groups. Her versatility means she can fill many and varied expertise gaps for her clients.

Maggie’s clients are primarily mid-sized and corporate Australian businesses. Many have overseas operations in Europe, USA, Asia and increasingly China, where her tri-lingualism and understanding of Chinese business culture is valuable.
